Return and Refund Policy

Custom-printed fabrics are made to order to your specifications and are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on custom-printed orders.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, contact us by email within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will rework or remake the affected items.

For non-custom items, returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery and are reviewed before approval. Approved return shipping is paid by the customer. Samples are non-refundable.
